VPS.org respeta los derechos de propiedad intelectual de terceros y espera que nuestros usuarios hagan lo mismo. Respondemos a las notificaciones de presuntas infracciones de derechos de autor de conformidad con la Ley de Derechos de Autor de la Era Digital (DMCA).

Presentar un aviso DMCA

Si cree que algún material en VPS.org infringe algún derecho de autor que usted posee o controla, puede enviar una Notificación por escrito de presunta infracción de derechos de autor a nuestro Agente DMCA designado.

Información requerida

Su notificación debe incluir lo siguiente:

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Proceso DMCA

Cuando VPS.org reciba un Aviso adecuado, haremos lo siguiente:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Política de infractores reincidentes

VPS.org ha adoptado una política de dar de baja, en circunstancias apropiadas y a su entera discreción, a los miembros que se consideren infractores reincidentes.

VPS.org también puede, a su exclusivo criterio, limitar el acceso y/o terminar el uso de VPS.org por parte de cualquier persona que infrinja los derechos de propiedad intelectual de terceros, haya o no infracción reiterada.

Contranotificación

Si cree que su contenido fue eliminado por error o que tiene la autorización para usar el material, puede enviar una contranotificación a nuestro Agente de DMCA con la siguiente información:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
