Yes. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 30 days of your first purchase and we will refund it. Domain registrations are not refundable.
Servers are billed by the hour, and each month is capped at 672 hours, so you never pay more than the plan's monthly price. If you use a server for only part of a month, you pay for those hours.
You can upgrade to a larger plan from the control panel at any time. The server restarts during the resize. Moving to a smaller plan is not supported because disks cannot shrink; to move down, deploy a smaller server and copy your data across.
There are no setup fees and no transfer overage charges. You pay the plan price plus any add-ons you choose, such as backups, extra storage or extra IP addresses.
