Skicka in ett DMCA-meddelande

Om du anser att något material på VPS.org gör intrång i någon upphovsrätt som du äger eller kontrollerar, kan du skicka en skriftlig anmälan om påstådd upphovsrättsintrång till vår utsedda DMCA-ombud.

Obligatorisk information

Din anmälan måste innehålla följande:

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

När VPS.org mottager ett korrekt meddelande kommer vi att:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Policy för upprepade intrång

VPS.org har antagit en policy att, under lämpliga omständigheter och efter eget gottfinnande, avsluta medlemmar som anses ha gjort sig skyldiga till upprepade intrång.

VPS.org kan också, efter eget gottfinnande, begränsa åtkomsten till och/eller avsluta användningen av VPS.org för alla som gör intrång i andras immateriella rättigheter, oavsett om det föreligger upprepade intrång eller inte.

Om du tror att ditt innehåll togs bort av misstag eller att du har tillstånd att använda materialet kan du skicka in ett motanmälan till vår DMCA-ombud med följande information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
