DMCA通知の提出

VPS.org 上の資料が、あなたが所有または管理する著作権を侵害していると思われる場合は、当社の指定する DMCA エージェントに著作権侵害の申し立てに関する書面による通知を送信することができます。

必要な情報

通知には以下の内容を含める必要があります。

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

通知は、当社の指定するDMCAエージェントに送信できます。

DMCAプロセス

VPS.org が適切な通知を受け取った場合、次の対応を行います。

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

再違反者ポリシー

VPS.org は、適切な状況において独自の裁量で繰り返し侵害行為を行っているとみなされるメンバーを解除するポリシーを採用しています。

VPS.org は独自の裁量により、繰り返し侵害があったかどうかに関わらず、他者の知的財産権を侵害するユーザーによる VPS.org へのアクセスを制限したり、VPS.org の使用を終了したりすることができます。

異議申し立て通知

あなたのコンテンツが誤って削除されたと思われる場合、またはあなたがその素材を使用する許可を得ていると思われる場合は、以下の情報を添えて当社の DMCA エージェントに異議申し立て通知を提出することができます。

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
