We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

  • User uploads: Files uploaded are deleted after two hours
  • Converted files: Files converted are deleted after 24 hours
  • IP addresses: We log IP addresses during conversions to limit abuse, but these are deleted after one hour

There is no association between files and IP addresses in our systems.

Information Sharing

We don't share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Your data is your data. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
