በVPS.org ላይ ያለ ማንኛውም ይዘት እርስዎ ባለቤትነት ወይም ቁጥጥር ስር ያለውን ማንኛውንም የቅጂ መብት ይጥሳል ብለው ካመኑ፣ ለተመደበልን የዲኤምሲኤ ወኪላችን የቅጂ መብት ጥሰት የጽሁፍ ማሳወቂያ መላክ ይችላሉ።

አስፈላጊ መረጃ

ማሳወቂያዎ የሚከተሉትን ማካተት አለበት፡

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

የተደጋጋሚ ጥሰት መመሪያ

VPS.org በተደጋጋሚ የሚጥሱ አባላትን በተገቢው ሁኔታ እና በራሱ ውሳኔ የማቋረጥ ፖሊሲን ተቀብሏል።

VPS.org በራሱ ውሳኔ፣ የሌሎችን የአእምሯዊ ንብረት መብቶች የሚጥስ ማንኛውም ሰው፣ ተደጋጋሚ ጥሰት ቢኖርም ባይፈጸምም የ VPS.orgን መዳረሻ ሊገድብ እና/ወይም መጠቀምን ሊያቆም ይችላል።

ይዘትዎ የተወገደው በስህተት ነው ብለው ካመኑ ወይም ይዘቱን የመጠቀም ፈቃድ እንዳለዎት ካመኑ፣ የሚከተለውን መረጃ የያዘ የመልሶ-ማሳወቂያ ለዲኤምሲኤ ወኪላችን ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
