5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Procesi DMCA

Kur VPS.org merr një Njoftim të duhur, ne do të:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Politika e Shkeljes së Përsëritur

VPS.org ka miratuar një politikë për ndërprerjen e anëtarësimit, në rrethana të përshtatshme dhe sipas gjykimit të saj të vetëm, të anëtarëve që konsiderohen shkelës të përsëritur.

VPS.org gjithashtu, sipas gjykimit të vet të vetëm, mund të kufizojë aksesin dhe/ose të ndërpresë përdorimin e VPS.org nga kushdo që shkel të drejtat e pronësisë intelektuale të të tjerëve, pavarësisht nëse ka shkelje të përsëritur apo jo.

Nëse besoni se përmbajtja juaj është hequr gabimisht ose se keni autorizimin për ta përdorur materialin, mund të paraqisni një kundër-njoftim te Agjenti ynë DMCA me informacionin e mëposhtëm:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
