Innlevering av et DMCA-varsel

Nødvendig informasjon

Når VPS.org mottar en gyldig melding, vil vi:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Retningslinjer for gjentatte brudd på opphavsretten

VPS.org har vedtatt en policy om å avslutte, under passende omstendigheter og etter eget skjønn, medlemmer som anses å ha gjentatte overtredelsesavtaler.

VPS.org kan også, etter eget skjønn, begrense tilgangen til og/eller avslutte bruken av VPS.org for alle som krenker andres immaterielle rettigheter, uavhengig av om det foreligger gjentatte krenkelser eller ikke.

Hvis du mener at innholdet ditt ble fjernet ved en feiltakelse, eller at du har autorisasjon til å bruke materialet, kan du sende inn en motmelding til vår DMCA-agent med følgende informasjon:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
