VPS.org kunnioittaa muiden immateriaalioikeuksia ja odottaa käyttäjiemme tekevän samoin. Vastaamme väitettyjä tekijänoikeusrikkomuksia koskeviin ilmoituksiin Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) -lain mukaisesti.

DMCA-ilmoituksen tekeminen

Jos uskot, että jokin VPS.org-sivustolla oleva materiaali loukkaa omistamaasi tai hallinnoimaasi tekijänoikeutta, voit lähettää kirjallisen ilmoituksen väitetystä tekijänoikeusrikkomuksesta nimetylle DMCA-edustajallemme.

Vaaditut tiedot

Ilmoituksesi tulee sisältää seuraavat tiedot:

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Kun VPS.org vastaanottaa asianmukaisen ilmoituksen, me:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Toistuvien rikkomusten käytäntö

VPS.org on ottanut käyttöön käytännön, jonka mukaan se irtisanoo asianmukaisissa olosuhteissa ja oman harkintansa mukaan jäsenet, joiden katsotaan rikkovan toistuvasti sääntöjä.

VPS.org voi myös oman harkintansa mukaan rajoittaa VPS.org-sivuston käyttöä ja/tai lopettaa sen käytön keneltä tahansa, joka loukkaa muiden immateriaalioikeuksia, riippumatta siitä, onko kyseessä toistuva loukkaus vai ei.

Jos uskot, että sisältösi on poistettu virheellisesti tai että sinulla on lupa käyttää materiaalia, voit lähettää DMCA-edustajallemme vastailmoituksen, jossa on seuraavat tiedot:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
