VPS.org respektuje práva duševního vlastnictví ostatních a očekává, že totéž udělají i naši uživatelé. Na oznámení o údajném porušení autorských práv reagujeme v souladu se zákonem Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Podání oznámení DMCA

Pokud se domníváte, že jakýkoli materiál na VPS.org porušuje autorská práva, která vlastníte nebo ovládáte, můžete zaslat písemné oznámení o údajném porušení autorských práv našemu určenému zástupci DMCA.

Požadované informace

Vaše oznámení musí obsahovat následující:

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Proces DMCA

Jakmile VPS.org obdrží řádné oznámení, provedeme následující:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Zásady pro opakované porušení

VPS.org přijala politiku ukončení členství, za vhodných okolností a dle vlastního uvážení, s členy, kteří jsou považováni za opakované porušovatele.

Společnost VPS.org si také vyhrazuje právo dle vlastního uvážení omezit přístup k webu VPS.org a/nebo ukončit jeho používání kýmkoli, kdo porušuje práva duševního vlastnictví jiných osob, ať už se jedná o opakované porušení, či nikoli.

Protioznámení

Pokud se domníváte, že váš obsah byl odstraněn omylem nebo že máte oprávnění k jeho použití, můžete podat protioznámení našemu zástupci DMCA s následujícími informacemi:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
