VPS.org etiam, pro suo solo arbitrio, accessum ad VPS.org limitare et/vel usum VPS.org terminare potest ab quolibet qui iura proprietatis intellectualis aliorum violat, sive repetita violatio sit sive non.

Contra-Notificatio

Si credis contenta tua per errorem sublata esse vel te auctoritatem habere ad materiam utendam, notificationem contrariam ad Agentem nostrum DMCA cum sequentibus informationibus submittere potes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
