VPS.org poštuje prava intelektualnog vlasništva drugih i očekuje da će to činiti i naši korisnici. Na obavijesti o navodnom kršenju autorskih prava odgovaramo u skladu sa Zakonom o autorskim pravima digitalnog tisućljeća (DMCA).

Podnošenje DMCA obavijesti

Ako smatrate da bilo koji materijal na VPS.org krši bilo koja autorska prava koja posjedujete ili kontrolirate, možete poslati pisanu Obavijest o navodnom kršenju autorskih prava našem određenom DMCA agentu.

Potrebne informacije

4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Kada VPS.org primi odgovarajuću Obavijest, mi ćemo:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Pravila za ponovljene prekršitelje

VPS.org je usvojio politiku ukidanja, u odgovarajućim okolnostima i prema vlastitom nahođenju, članova za koje se smatra da su višestruko prekršili pravila.

VPS.org također može, prema vlastitom nahođenju, ograničiti pristup i/ili prekinuti korištenje VPS.org-a od strane bilo koga tko krši prava intelektualnog vlasništva drugih, bez obzira na to je li došlo do ponovljenog kršenja ili ne.

Protuobavještenje

Ako smatrate da je vaš sadržaj uklonjen greškom ili da imate ovlaštenje za korištenje materijala, možete podnijeti protuobavijest našem DMCA agentu sa sljedećim informacijama:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
