डीएमसीए नोटिस दाखिल करना

2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

जब VPS.org को उचित सूचना प्राप्त होगी, तब हम निम्न कार्य करेंगे:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

बार-बार उल्लंघन करने वालों के लिए नीति

VPS.org ने उचित परिस्थितियों में और अपने विवेक के अनुसार, उन सदस्यों की सदस्यता समाप्त करने की नीति अपनाई है जो बार-बार उल्लंघन करने वाले माने जाते हैं।

VPS.org अपने विवेकाधिकार के आधार पर, किसी भी ऐसे व्यक्ति द्वारा VPS.org तक पहुंच को सीमित कर सकता है और/या उसके उपयोग को समाप्त कर सकता है जो दूसरों के बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करता है, चाहे उल्लंघन बार-बार हुआ हो या नहीं।

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal

• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
