VPS.org respekteer die intellektuele eiendomsregte van ander en verwag dat ons gebruikers dieselfde sal doen. Ons reageer op kennisgewings van beweerde kopieregskending in ooreenstemming met die Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Die indiening van 'n DMCA-kennisgewing

Indien u glo dat enige materiaal op VPS.org inbreuk maak op enige kopiereg wat u besit of beheer, kan u 'n skriftelike kennisgewing van beweerde kopieregskending aan ons aangewese DMCA-agent stuur.

Vereiste inligting

Jou kennisgewing moet die volgende insluit:

6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Wanneer VPS.org 'n behoorlike kennisgewing ontvang, sal ons:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Herhaalde Oortrederbeleid

VPS.org het 'n beleid aangeneem om, onder gepaste omstandighede en na eie goeddunke, lede wat as herhaalde oortreders beskou word, te beëindig.

VPS.org mag ook, na eie goeddunke, toegang tot en/of die gebruik van VPS.org beperk deur enigiemand wat die intellektuele eiendomsregte van ander skend, ongeag of daar herhaalde oortreding is of nie.

• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
