VPS.org respecta os dereitos de propiedade intelectual doutras persoas e agarda que os nosos usuarios fagan o mesmo. Respondemos ás notificacións de presuntas infraccións dos dereitos de autor de acordo coa Lei de Dereitos de Autor da Era Dixital (DMCA).

Presentación dunha notificación da DMCA

Se cres que algún material de VPS.org infrinxe algún dos dereitos de autor que posúas ou controles, podes enviar unha notificación por escrito de presunta infracción dos dereitos de autor ao noso axente da DMCA designado.

Información requirida

A súa notificación debe incluír o seguinte:

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Cando VPS.org reciba unha notificación axeitada, faremos o seguinte:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Política de infraccións reincidentes

VPS.org adoptou unha política de rescindir, en circunstancias apropiadas e ao seu exclusivo criterio, os membros que se consideren infractores reincidentes.

VPS.org tamén pode, ao seu exclusivo criterio, limitar o acceso e/ou rescindir o uso de VPS.org por calquera persoa que infrinxa os dereitos de propiedade intelectual doutras persoas, independentemente de que haxa ou non reincidencia na infracción.

Contranotificación

Se cres que o teu contido foi eliminado por erro ou que tes autorización para usar o material, podes enviar unha contranotificación ao noso axente da DMCA coa seguinte información:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
