VPS.org respecta els drets de propietat intel·lectual dels altres i espera que els nostres usuaris facin el mateix. Responem a les notificacions de presumpta infracció dels drets d'autor d'acord amb la Llei de drets d'autor de la era digital (DMCA).

Presentació d'un avís de la DMCA

Si creieu que algun material de VPS.org infringeix els drets d'autor que posseïu o controleu, podeu enviar una notificació escrita de presumpta infracció dels drets d'autor al nostre agent de la DMCA designat.

Informació requerida

La notificació ha d'incloure el següent:

1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed so that we can locate the material
2. Identify the URL or other specific location on VPS.org that contains the material that you claim infringes your copyright
3. Provide the electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
4. Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Include a statement that the information in your Notice is accurate and you attest, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

Procés de la DMCA

Quan VPS.org rebi un avís adequat, farem el següent:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Terminate the accounts associated with the material (if applicable) in accordance with the DMCA
• Notify the affected user of the takedown

Política de reinfraccions

VPS.org ha adoptat una política de rescindir, en circumstàncies apropiades i a la seva entera discreció, els membres que es considerin infractors reincidents.

VPS.org també pot, a la seva entera discreció, limitar l'accés i/o rescindir l'ús de VPS.org per part de qualsevol persona que infringeixi els drets de propietat intel·lectual d'altres, tant si hi ha reincidència com si no.

Contranotificació

Si creieu que el vostre contingut s'ha eliminat per error o que teniu autorització per utilitzar el material, podeu enviar una contranotificació al nostre agent de la DMCA amb la informació següent:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
