The current variety of Vietnamese 8-bit Encoding do not handle well the displaying of Vietnamese
There is no single accepted standard of Vietnamese 8-bit Encoding format.
Unicode is a 16-bit encoding industry standard and is getting growing acceptance in the Vietnamese community.
Unicode can handle and display Vietnamese as well as all other languages very well.
How to use
You need a browser capable of supporting Unicode such as Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher, Netscape version 6 or higher.
