VPS GOLDEN HAT AWARD  

VPS introduces the inaugural VPS Golden Hat Award or Giải Thưởng Nón Lá Vàng.   VPS will be recognizing a Vietnamese and a non-Vietnamese person or organization who have achieved sustained superior results in professional or community pursuits related to the Vietnamese community and have also contribute to the welfare of Vietnamese people.   The recipients will be announced at the Golden Hat Award Ceremony at the 2005 Benefit Gala.
